Through a background in yoga education with current studies in therapeutic yoga for trauma, applied polyvagal theory and my own withdrawal experience, I have a working understanding of what may be a helpful support for anyone wishing to reduce anxiety,  increase calm,  ease symptoms and release chaotic energy with the aim to feel better and offer them for you here.  (more coming)
